Face to Face Eight Hour
Professional Development Course
A Mindful Start face-to-face course is an eight hour professional development course run over a four-week period facilitated by a professional either in your centre or at our Learn Play Hub in Terrigal on the Central Coast NSW. Each session lasts two hours covering a different topic relating to mindfulness and mindful movement linking it to the Early Years Framework 2.0.
This course will provide educators or leaders in the sector with the skills and confidence to deliver fun, interactive and impactful mindfulness and mindful movement sessions to support the wellbeing of young children.
